GENERAL EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
● Contracts with employees are made for an indefinite period, with the possibility of extending the contract by mutual agreement.
● Wages can start from the net minimum in the economy.
● The employer's obligation is to provide accommodation, staff meals, meal vouchers or the equivalent of 20 RON / working day.
● The selection of employees is done together with the beneficiary based on the professional skills of the CV and the practical test videos.
● Our agency does not charge a commission to the employer in Romania - our agency's commission is paid in full by our partners in the partner countries with which we collaborate.
