Tax clearance certificate from the Financial Administration to which the company belongs, confirming the absence of debts to the state

AJOFM Certificate (County Employment Agency)

Work permit fee (100 euros payable in LEI at the BNR exchange rate at the Treasury to which the Registered Office belongs)
Procedures performed by us:
Procedures for obtaining a work visa

Creating the candidate's profile on the General Immigration Inspectorate portal.

Drafting documents requested by IGI.

Translation and legalization of the candidate's documentation.

Adding the request for obtaining a work permit to the portal.

Physical submission of documentation to the General Immigration Inspectorate (case resolution time – 30 days from the date of submission of documentation).

Lifting the work permit.

Sending the documents necessary to obtain a long-stay visa for work purposes to the Romanian Embassy together with the work permit.

Obtaining a visa for work purposes (the duration of obtaining a visa varies depending on the country where the Romanian embassy is located - e.g. Malaysia - one month, India - 6 months).

Airport pickup of candidates.
